Toro Rosso will unveil the STR9 – the teams 2014 Formula One challenger – to media in Jerez, a day before pre-season testing gets under way, it revealed on Friday.
The covers will come off of the all-new Toro Rosso at 5.30pm local time on January 27th at the Spanish circuit.
Jean-Eric Vergne remains with the Faenza-based outfit for a third year, and will be partnered in 2014 by Formula One rookie Daniil Kvyat, the GP3 Champion replacing the Red Bull bound Daniel Ricciardo.
Toro Rosso welcome Renault as a new engine partner this year, having been powered exclusively by Ferrari since 2007.
Caterham, Mercedes and Red Bull will launch their own 2014 cars on Tuesday, the following day, as the pre-season testing commences in Jerez.
